Munich Motion started because I kept seeing the same issue. Brands were paying multiple agencies for work that a tight senior setup could handle far better.
One agency handled design but did not understand performance. Another could build but did not think in brand systems. A third ran ads without really understanding the product.
My background sits across performance marketing, web development, brand building and digital strategy. That mix means every project is approached as one connected system, not isolated tasks.
